7 drug peddlers held

OKARA: Police Wednesday arrested seven alleged drug peddlers and recovered narcotics from their possession.
Police arrested accused Yasin of 24/D village with 260 gram charas and Sarfraz alias Kodu of Qila Yousuf Bhatti with 530 gram charas.
The Renala Khurd police arrested Inayat Yusuf of Basti Baba Lal Shah with 540 gram charas. The Hujra Shah Moqeem police arrested Abbas of Mohallah Shah Mir with 410 gram charas. The same police held Muhammad Akram of Rajowal with 33 litre liquor. The city Depalpur police arrested Muhammad Binyamin of Khalilabad Colony with 130 litre liquor. The same police arrested Muhammad Hussain of the Ratta Khanna Road with 30 litre liquor.
Cases were registered against the accused.
