HARIPUR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC), Abbottabad bench, has issued notices to nine people including district nazim, secretary local government and deputy commissioner over alleged unjust distribution of funds.
PML-N’s district councillor Chaudhry Dad from Rehana Union Council had filed a petition in the court, alleging unjust distribution of district council funds and development schemes in the area.
He alleged that despite protests, the ruling party district council members had deprived them of their rights.
Acting on the application, the court issued notices to nine people to appear in the court on April 20 along with all relevant documents.
