6-year-old girl dies in accident

GUJRANWALA: A six-year-old girl died while her mother sustained injuries in a road accident at Ludhewala Warraich on Tuesday.
Rabia and her daughter Noor Fatima were traveling on a motorcycle-rickshaw when it overturned. As a result, Noor Fatima died on the spot while Rabia was injured and shifted to the DHQ Hospital.
YOUTH HELD FOR INJURING FRIEND: Aroop police on Tuesday arrested a youth for allegedly injuring his friend over a minor issue.
Shehroz and Shahbaz quarreled over a minor issue. Later, accused Shahbaz allegedly attacked and injured Shehroz by cutting his ear with a sharp-edged weapon. The police have registered a case.
