KARACHI: Hosts Aga Khan University (AKU) and Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) qualified for the final of the AKU Inter Collegiate/University Girls’ Basketball Tournament when they won their semi-final matches here at the AKU Sports Centre Gymnasium on Tuesday.
AKU overpowered Nixor College 19-14. Amna Siddiqui scored seven points. DUHS recovered from the first half deficit of 7-8 and registered a 27-20 triumph against Baharia University Medical and Dental College (BUMDC). Meeshal Khan scored 12 points.
