KARACHI: Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) starts its Junior Tennis Initiative (JTI) at two local schools in Peshawar on Saturday (today).
The schools are Government High School Nawakhali and Kakul Public School Bara Road.
The programme is already being undertaken in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi with active support of ITF.
PTF has distributed JTI material to all these provincial capitals’ sports bodies.
The programme has attracted a large number of school-going boys and girls in Karachi and Lahore.
Secretary KP Tennis Association Umer Ayaz has been appointed as the JTI coordinator in Peshawar.
