ATC indicts Musharraf, Sherpao, Nosherwani

QUETTA: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC), Quetta, has indicted former president Pervez Musharraf and two other nominated accused in the Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case.
The other two indicted by the court include former interior minister Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao and home minister Mir Shoaib Nosherwani.The court headed by judge Aftab Ahmed Lone resumed hearing in the murder case of Nawab Akbar Bugti here on Wednesday.
Former federal interior minister Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao and home minister Mir Shoaib Nosherwani were present in the court during the hearing while counsel for former president Musharraf presented an application for his exemption from appearance on health grounds.
The judge remarked that the exemption from appearance before the court could only be granted after examination of the former president by a medical board.The court expressed resentment over the non-constitution of the medical board and summoned the director general, health, Balochistan, at the next hearing of the case on February 4.
