City District Government Lahore (CDGL) started a crackdown against price-hike and arrested 88 people for overcharging here Friday.
Officials said the drive was started on the directions of DCO Lahore who directed all the price control magistrates to remain active in their respective areas and implement the price lists issued by the CDGL. They said a total 729 raids were conducted across the city and price control magistrates arrested 88 people. —Correspondent
