Man strangles wife

KASUR: A man Monday strangled his wife over a domestic issue in the Qadiwind village in the limits of Sadr police.
Fouzia Bibi was married to Muhammad Niaz some seven years back and they had three children. On the day of the incident, Niaz exchanged harsh words with Fouzia and strangled her.
