Govt striving to provide quality education

BAHAWALPUR: Prof Dr Qaisar Mushtaq, Vice-Chancellor Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Thursday said the government is striving to provide quality education to students in the country according to internationally accepted standards.
The VC stated this during a meeting with members of the Higher Education Commission review panel who visited to observe academic standards at the varsity.
The delegation was apprised about various steps taken at the varsity.
The delegation appreciated administrative and academic reforms in process at the university.
AWARDED: The Child Protection Bureau has awarded medals and cash prizes to two students of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, for their remarkable performance in annual poster making competition on child protection theme.
