Scouting has great importance: Raheela Durrani

BAHAWALPUR: Balochistan Assembly Speaker and Chief Commissioner All Pakistan Boys Scouts Association Raheela Hameed Durrani Wednesday said scouting has a great importance.
Addressing the All Pakistan Seerat Conference organised by the Pakistan Boys Scouts Association at Government Sadiq Dane High School, Raheela said the boys scouts could play a vital role in promoting discipline and enhance national integrity. She said the youth was a big asset of the nation and it was our collective responsibility to make them responsible citizens. Deputy Chief Commissioner Boys Scouts Hafiz Tariq Mehmood also addressed the participants.
MOTORCYCLIST KILLED: A motorcyclist was killed when a van hit him on Thursday. Muhammad Hamid was riding his motorcycle when a van hit him when its one tyre burst near a sugar mills on the Chishtian Road. As a result, Hamid died on the spot, van driver Naeem, a donkey cart rider Muhammad Ali and a pedestrian Muzzamil suffered injuries. The injured were rushed to THQ hospital, Chishtian.
