Youth injures sister for refusing proposal

HAFIZABAD: A youth injured his sister over a marriage dispute at Mustafabad village on Monday.
Sajida Bibi’s parents wanted to arrange her marriage with their relative but she refused. On the day of the incident, Sajida and her brother Sajid Hussain exchanged hot words with each other over the issue. In a fit of frustration, Sajid allegedly shot at and injured his sister. She was shifted to the DHQ Hospital. Police have arrested the accused after registering a case.
WOMAN KILLED AS PISTOL GOES OFF: A married woman was killed when a pistol went off at Kaleke Mandi on Monday. The pistol of Babar Ali went off accidentally. As a result, a bullet hit Babar’s wife Shazia, killing her on the spot. Police have taken the body into custody and started investigation.

Zaryab had given some rupees to Fiaz Ahmad. On the day of the incident, Zaryab asked Fiaz to return the amount, which led to an exchange of hot words between them. In the meantime, Zaryab allegedly shot at and injured Fiaz.
