US TALK

1- What does success mean to you?

Success is achieving confidence and maintaining self-growth.

2- Something you learned early in your career which helped you become a better actor?

I have learned to make peace with the fact that I am a “student of life”.

3- What is the most challenging thing about this career?

This career requires a lot of public exposure and networking so staying true to your authentic self becomes quite challenging.

4- Did you get any formal education for this career? If not, then how did you learn the craft of acting?

No, I haven’t got any formal education in acting; I have learned acting through observing the work of great actors. But I believe getting formal education in acting could be helpful in getting the right kind of work and save you from unnecessary struggle.

5- Who are some of your role model actors?

Shahrukh Khan, Robert Downey Jr. and Leonardo DiCaprio are my favourites.

6- Do you believe good looks and connections are the only things that make a star?

Maintaining yourself to look good helps boost your confidence and interacting with people is important for your learning process. But these two things alone can never make you a star.

7- How has social media changed things for you?

Social media is a tool, not a lifestyle. This platform has helped me to show my work, connect with my fans and stay updated.

8- How do you deal with self-doubt?

I try to be mindful, stay true to myself, and look for a solution rather than procrastinating.

9- Three pieces of advice for aspiring actors.

Stay disciplined, keep learning and take care of your mental health.
