Bilal Ashraf is a well-known actor and Visual Effects Director. After studying Visual Effects from the Franklin Marshall College, he started his career as a visual effects director and then pursued his career in acting after making a brief appearance in the 2014 acclaimed thriller ‘O21’. Ashraf has since starred in the commercially successful romantic comedy ‘Janaan’ (2016), the acclaimed war drama ‘Yalghaar’ (2017) and the blockbuster musical romance ‘Superstar’ (2019). According to Ashraf, no one introduced him to showbiz. “I started working behind the camera and did a few commercials, which were followed by offers to act. One thing led to another and the rest is history,” says Ashraf.

The actor and model also recently paired up with Maya Ali as the muse for HSY’s clothing campaign, HSY ‘Khayaal’. And now the good news for all his fans out there – Ashraf is ready to make his television debut with Sana Javed. Sources have also confirmed that Bilal Ashraf and Mahirah Khan are reuniting for an upcoming Digital telefilm called ‘Nigar’. The project is a biopic on Lieutenant General Nigar Johar Khan. A proper political leader and proper system and education for everyone.

Revisit my parent’s youth.

No point in arguing or fighting. Such a waste of time and energy.

If you weren’t famous, what would you be up to right now?

An architect.

What is one message you would give to your fans?

Believe in yourself. Never give up. Dream big because if you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hand.
