MANGO TART

INGREDIENTS

Digestive biscuits ...........  400g

Butter (melted) ........... 125g

Cinnamon powder ...........1 tsp

Cardamom powder ...........½ tsp

Cream cheese ........... 100g

Mango puree ........... ½ Cup

Ice cubes ...........as required

Dairy Cream (chilled) 240ml

Sugar (powdered) ........... 1/3 Cup

Mangoes (thinly sliced)...........as needed

METHOD

Prepare No-Bake Tart Crust

  • In a chopper,add digestive biscuits & chop well.
  • Add melted butter,cinnamon powder,cardamom powder & chop until well combined.
  • Now transfer mixture to 8” inch silicon pan,press firmly down into the base to create an even layer and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

Prepare Filling

  • In a bowl,add cream cheese & beat until fluffy.
  • Add mango puree,beat again & set aside.
  • In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream,powderd sugar & beat until soft peaks form.
  • Now add mango puree mixture & beat until well combined.
  • Pour prepared mixture in tart shell,spread evenly & refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Cut thin slices of peeled mango and arrange mango slices on top.
  • Cut into desired pieces & serve!
