launch
Cafes always provide a good way of carrying a chit-chat and grabbing some amazing snacks for the day. They are a perfect spot to unwind and hang out with friends. After all, what else you want if you have good food and good company; and that too, in a relaxing and chilled out environment! But have you ever thought about a bakery cafe which offers a combined experience of a cafe and bakery? It is a cute place for friends and peers and at the same time, it has some really nice warm and sweet munchies.
Keeping this in mind, Masoom Alam and Hussain Raza launched Art Caffe by Masooms’ in Islamabad at a Red Carpet event in F11 Markaz. The event was hosted by models Nattie, Sunny, Mona, Rida, Amina and Iram; organised by Rezz Aly Shah. (The event was held COVID-19 lockdown).
Series of Masoom’s cafes all over Pakistan in major cities started by Mr. Masoom Alam himself years back. Masoom went abroad (Texas, USA) to become a Pastry Chef and joined SeaWorld of Texas, San Antonio in 1984. He returned to Karachi and seeing that there was a tremendous opportunity to build a Gourmet Bakery and Cafe, he then built Masoom's Bakery in the City of Lights. Interestingly, it was a tremendous success.
Talking about the delicacies for a cafe bakery, Masoom introduced Brownies, Blondies, N.Y. Cheesecake, and the signature ‘Death by Chocolate Cake’ which was an instant hit! He says that he's determined to bring out new cakes and entremets to this venture that was opened before the pandemic in the capital city. From time to time, Masoom goes for short professional training courses at the Chocolate Academy by Barry Callebaut of France. He hopes for the best for his new endeavour (just waiting for life to come back to its normalcy).
Talking about the launch, it was attended by a number of socialites, celebrities and media persons. There was a great public response because of the innovative ideas and presentation behind the Art Caffe. For those who are looking for a good ambiance and food experience, head on to F11 Markaz and be the part of this amazing culinary delight. A must try for all…
