Zarrar, the long delayed film, written and directed by Shaan Shahid, is finally expected to come out later this year. This was revealed with the release of its first, action-packed teaser earlier this year that featured Nadeem Baig and Shaan Shahid in action sequences.
A second, one-minute-long teaser recently came out, introducing Kiran Malik who looks phenomenal and plays the role of a journalist in the film. “Journalists are the carriers of truth,” the teaser reiterates, before it paints a completely contrasting picture of how journalists may not always choose to stand by the truth. Kiran’s character opts for material gains rather than exposing the truth but she eventually has to pay the price for it. Let’s wait till the film’s release and see how her journey unfolds.
Sharing the film’s recently released teaser on social media, model turned actor Kiran Malik, who made her film debut with Pinky Memsaab in 2018, wrote, “I have worked really hard, hope you all like it.”
The teaser also introduces us to Nayyer Ejaz, who essays a very serious role in Zarrar, as opposed to the comic roles one has seen him in. Zarrar is an upcoming action thriller releasing under the banner of Jehan Films.
