Junaid Khan and Mansha Pasha starrer Kahay Dil Jidhar was scheduled to release next month while the film’s teaser came out earlier this year in January. However, the release date was pushed for some reason and rumours had it that it will come out on Eid ul Fitr 2020.
According to latest reports, the film will release sometime around Eid ul Fitr, confirms lead actor Junaid Khan, who is making his big screen debut with Kahay Dil Jidhar.
“We were planning to release the film early but the editing is taking a bit of time which is why we haven’t announced the exact release date yet,” he told Instep. “We have to plan strategically as well, as too many films are coming out and I think we will have to take that in account.”
Junaid, who plays a cop in the film, also hinted that the film will release sometime around Eid ul Fitr.
The recently released teaser of Kahay Dil Jidhar looks promising; with Junaid essaying a valiant policeman Sheheryar, it sees Mansha Pasha as a fierce journalist and news anchor, who is willing to go to any extent to expose powerful people and create a positive impact on society.
