People who are physically fit are healthier and happier. There is no gain saying the fact that physical fitness is a blessing and it is something which makes life easier. However, you definitely need a good fitness regimen if you want to be fit by all means. And, for a good regimen, all you need to have is a good lifestyle and a place where you can break the sweat and work out to maintain a healthy and toned body.

Keeping this in mind, Asad Ali Shigri and Hasan Abid Shauket launched ‘Imperium Fitness Studio’ in Islamabad’s F6 2 area. The studio was launched with a red carpet event hosted by models Nattie, Sabeen and Sunny and organised by Rezz Aly Shah. Imperium is a state of the art gym with best trainers and modern machinery.

At the event, co-owner of the studio Asad Shigri said, “It’s a high-tech fitness studio with the most qualified and diverse team with modern training techniques, all coming together like never before. Hasan and I are childhood friends. Like most best friends, we have both done a lot of everything together. Sneaking out, breaking the rules, taking beatings for each other but always having each other’s back.”

Back in 2008, Asad started his pro-training career and Hasan had been a licensed amateur boxer in Canada for a similar amount of time. Both of them realised that they have a knack for coaching. Asad and Hasan began to realise they were both passionate about fitness. They then moved on to developing workout programmes that incorporate traditional boxing exercises with modern methods of strength and weight training. This is evident in their highly impressive new studio.

About the launch, the event was attended by a number of celebrities, media persons and socialites. We must say that such ventures aren’t easy to find but we are glad people are trying to introduce platforms like these where one can easily go and carry on their fitness routine.
