Shan Baig, who was introduced to showbiz by Pheby Haroon, has been in the field for the past three years. He started his acting career with a telefilm ‘Rok Do Shaadi’ which aired on Geo entertainment. After that Shan showed his acting skills in a number of dramas and serials including ‘Roshni’, ‘Manjhdar’, ‘Ishq Ya Rabba’, ‘Hum Usi Kay Hain’ and ‘Umme Haniya’. Shan has also worked as a model and walked the ramp for several designers in fashion shows. His latest acting gig in the popular web-series ‘Inaya’ is getting a lot of attention.
Shan is a gym freak and is obsessed about bikes and cars. He loves to travel and has explored several places around the world. Let’s get to know the likes and dislikes of this handsome actor...

Almost eight.
What are your most memorable drama serials to-date?
‘Babul’ and ‘Roshni’.

I do not take negative comments very seriously and I think it’s quite healthy for one’s mental health at least.

If we are talking about material possession then it should be my lucky ring.

Kind of but I am not a picky eater when it comes to taste, but I always look for healthy food options.
What’s your favourite restaurant?
I like to have breakfast at ‘Necos’.

‘Riding in Cars with Boys’.
What bores you the most?
Staying in one place for too long.
You are crazy about...
Music and cats.
How do you unwind?
A long hot bath and music.
Your fitness regimen:
Mindful eating. This is very important to eat sensibly.
What is your favourite holiday destination?
Still a lot of places to explore but so far NYC is on my top pick.
If you had access to a time machine which era would you revisit?
That’s not happening but when it does I would like to go back to my school days and live a carefree life.

Dhabaas - any time. Every day.
Which superstar do you envy the most?
Envy is a strong word, I don’t think I envy anyone but I do secretly wish I had SRK’s house (haha).
What do you think this country needs the most?
Education and critical thinking.

Ahh... actually any song can get my vibe up.

A pack of cigarettes.
What books are on your bedside table?
None, I’m not the most diligent reader but I do enjoy motivational books.
What is your favourite thing to do on a Saturday Night?
Chill with family and friends.

Go back to sleep! (haha)

If given a chance, would you like to settle abroad?
No, I did live abroad for more than half my life and made a conscious decision to move to Pakistan.
