With the weather heating up, we wanted to come up with a simple dish that matches the hot summer season but is also super easy to make. This week, You! collaborates with cooking expert Lubna Shariff, who shares her yummy recipe of ‘Pan Fried Prawns’. Happy eating!

Ingredients

Prawn 5-6

Soy Sauce 3 tbsp

Garlic 1 clove

Paprika 1 tsp

Lemon juice 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil 1 tbsp

Tomato paste 3 tbsp


Method

  • Heat oil; add tomato paste, soy sauce, garlic and paprika.
  • Cook it for a few minutes.
  • Quickly add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes as prawns do not require too much cooking.
  • Dish it out on a serving plate. Have it with rice or noodles.
