Roasted sweet potatoes with masala

Ingredients

Sweet potatoes (medium-sized) 3-4

Lemon 2

Red chilli powder to taste

Salt to taste

Chaat Masala to taste

Method

  • Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees F.
  • Pierce the sweet potatoes a few times to stop them from exploding in the oven.
  • Roast for about 30-45 minutes or until soft but not mushy when pierced with a knife.
  • Slit from the centre, sprinkle with salt, chat masala and red chilli powder.
  • Squeeze lemon juice and dig in!

Note: You can peel and dice the sweet potatoes as well.
