Model-turned-actor Arslan Khan kicked off his career in 2012 with his first shoot with photographer Ashna Khan. He carved his way into the world of modelling with prestigious campaigns, ads and shoots he belted out for brands like Amir Adnan, CrossRoads, Shoe Planet, Hush Puppies, Leisure Club, Outfitters, Denizen Levis, Charcoal, Bonanza, Ittehad Textiles, Nishat Linen, Telenor and 7up among others.
Prior to his modelling career, Arslan had been the youngest player to represent Pakistan in Malaysia for the Badminton World Championship in 2010 and many other internationals competitions. He held the coveted title of ‘National Junior Champion’ three times along with excelling in his academics, as he graduated with an MBA in Marketing.
Now, this talented lad is ventures into acting, starting off with his ideal platform: theatre. He auditioned for Olomopolo Media’s performance art workshop, ‘Kalaa Kaar’, where veterans like Sania Saeed, Shahid Shafaat and Sunil Shankar trained and helped him hone his latent acting skills. For television, much of his recognition came from ‘Ab Kya Hoga’, a short film directed by Saud Manzoor.
For future projects, he will be sharing the screen with actors like Resham and Usman Peerzada for his upcoming drama serial ‘Muthi Bar Chahat’. Moreover, he is also roped in by Sarmad Khoosat for a big project this year. Let’s get to know more about this rising star...
