We all know that award ceremonies are held to celebrate luminaries while highlighting their excellence in a certain field. And it was last year that the first ever award show was held to honour men who are doing outstanding work in their respective fields. Yes, we are talking about the first ‘Bold Men Awards’ that was aimed to recognise the hard-work of many charismatic men. ‘Bold’ is Pakistan’s first ever gas free body spray, which was launched in Pakistan in 2016 by Hilal Care Pvt, Ltd. And, the brand chose the heartthrob Fawad Khan as their brand ambassador. The good news is that the label is back with the second edition of the award show with the promise of going bigger and better this time round.
Regarding the awards, Faisal Munshi, CEO of Hilal Care, said, “The brand is a representative of individuals who are bold and talented. And we are proud to honour them. We want to recognise as many talented people as possible and plan to make it bigger and better every year.”
This year, the awards will celebrate individuals belonging to 14 different fields who have contributed to the growth of society with their hard-work and sheer talent. The awards will take place on a national scale through the brand’s Facebook page. The audience will have the chance to vote online for their favourite nominees from various categories that include designer; film actor; most stylish sports personality; anchor; cricketer; director film; internet sensation; fitness trainer; most comical; RJ; host; model; singer and TV actor. And the winner will be chosen via viewer’s choice.
About the initiative, Hasan Rizvi of Bodybeat shared, “The awards are all about individuals who are representing a kind and stylish image of Pakistan to the world. We have many talented people in our country and I believe it is very important to acknowledge every one of them. Also, we are also planning to bring more categories to the awards each year like food, travel, books, and technology.”
