If you are in a mood to make something fancy but it’s a weekday, which crosses out quite a few options for you. Fear not, though! We have a pretty delicious solution for your growling stomach. This week, You! collaborates with cooking expert, Lubna Sharif, who brings you her yummy recipe for French Chicken Cutlet! Bon Appétit!

Ingredients

Chicken Breast 2

Flour For dredging

Egg 1-2 (For dredging)

Mustard 1/2 cup

Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Salt and pepper to taste

Oil/butter to fry

Method

  • Pound the chicken breast and slice it thinly.
  • Pat dry the fillet, add mustard, lemon juice,
  • salt and pepper.
  • Coat with flour and then egg.
  • Fry on slow flame.
  • Serve hot.
