Ingredients
Undercut beef 1Kg
Ginger (shredded) 120 gm
Green onion 200 gm
Green chilies (shredded) 100 gm
Soy Sauce 80 ml
Chicken seasoning 20 gm
Sugar 20 gm
Black pepper powder 15 gm
Chilies sauce 50 gm
Vinegar 30 ml
5 Mixed spice powder 15 gm
Corn flour 50 gm
Egg 2
Oil 200 ml
Worcestershire Sauce 80 ml
Salt 20 gm
Method
Marinate the beef with salt and corn flour.
Heat oil in the wok; add beef and deep fry for few seconds, until it gets light brown. Remove and keep apart.
Clean the same wok, heat oil and add ginger straws and green chilies.
Saute for few seconds and add the stir fried beef.
Now add soy sauce, chicken seasoning powder, sugar, salt, black pepper, chili sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
Add five mixed spice powder, Worcestershire sauce and half tea cup of chicken stock/water.
Blend well while saute on medium high heat. Let it dry.
Remove and serve hot.
