And treating ourselves with some useful drinks and smoothies other than water seems just the right thing to do. So, this week You! has collaborated with food, prop, visual stylist and culinary coach, Kausar Z. Ahmed of Kitchen Craft, who shares the recipe of ‘Mango Pina Colada Smoothie’. Not only is this smoothie healthy and refreshing but the yummy taste will surely quench your thirst at iftaar. I N G R E D I E N T S
Fresh mangoes 1 cup
Pineapple chunks 1 cup
Coconut milk 1 cup
Honey 1 tsp
Mint sprig 1
Ice cubes 1 cup
M E T H O D
In a blender add fresh mangoes, pineapples, coconut milk, honey and mint sprig.
Also, add ice cubes, and puree all the ingredients until smooth.
Top with a pineapple for presentation. Serve chilled.
