I N G R E D I E N T S
Channa daal (boiled & blended with milk) 1/2 cup
Suji (cooked in milk) 1/2 cup
Ghee 1 cup
Cardamom 4-5
Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Saffron a pinch
I N G R E D I E N T S
Start by heating ghee and put in cardamom
Now add channa mixture and start cooking
Add suji after cooking for 15 minutes and add in sugar and saffron
When the halwa becomes thick and starts giving off an aroma, stop cooking and spread it on a plate till it cools down.
Cut halwa into squares and sprinkle it with nuts
Your delicious sweet delight is ready to be served
