Recently, brand ‘Sapphire’ has launched their ‘Freedom Nation Collection’ keeping the Independence Day in mind.

The brand is a collaborative venture between the Sapphire Group and fashion designer Khadijah Shah of Elan, which offers a range of products including stitched day wear and unstitched printed fabric for women, scarves, a special formal range ‘Naqaash’, men’s wear line ‘Shikaara’ and a range of precious and semi-precious stones jewellery called ‘Nigeen’.
The inspiration behind the collection is ‘Patriotism’; reflecting the love for our identity, the founders, historical landmarks, Pakistan’s heritage, monuments and currency. The collection consists of 6 distinct designs of scarves. They also offer 5 designs of kurtas for women that have contemporary silhouettes such as box kurtas and drop shoulders. Wait there is something for the guys too. Yes, the brand has 3 kurta designs with detailing consisting of epaulettes for men as well. The colour palette for the collection is not just limited to hues of green. Bright yellows, black and white have been incorporated in the colour palette which makes it wearable for other occasions as well.
