INGREDIENTS
Gram flour (besan) 2 cups
Flour 1 cup
Pumpkin seeds (chaar maghaz) 1 cup
Almonds (chopped) 15
Pistachio (chopped) 15
Green cardamom 6
Sugar 1 tsp
Sugar 1 ½ cup
Clarified butter (desi ghee) 1 cup
Fresh cream 2 packets
DIRECTIONS
- Heat clarified butter (desi ghee) in a deep wok over medium heat.
- Sauté grinded 1 tsp sugar and small cardamom.
- Then add in 2 cups gram flour and cook it for 7-10 minutes on low flame.
- Now add flour and sauté it for few minutes or until light brown.
- Now add Pumpkin seeds (chaar maghaz), chopped almonds, chopped pistachio.
- Mix well.
- Now add fresh cream and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Remove it from the stove.
- Add sugar and mix well until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Grease your hand and make small laddoo (balls) out the mixture.
- Set them in a serving dish.
- Delicious Besan k Laddoo are ready to serve.
- Serve with tea.

INGREDIENTS
Boneless beef 1 kg
Natural yoghurt 1 cup
Vegetable oil ½ cup
Green chillies (thinly sliced) 4
Lemons 4
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Clarified butter 1 tbsp
Black pepper (crushed) ½ tbsp
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Wash beef then cut into small pieces.
- Now hammer briefly.
- Place beef pieces in a bowl.
- Add yoghurt, green chilies, lemon juice, raw papaya paste, poppy seeds, red chili powder, black pepper, ginger garlic paste and salt.
- Marinate for 2 hours.
- Put marinated beef in a cooking pot.
- Add oil and cook on low flame for 30-40 minutes or until all water is dried up and meat becomes tender.
- Now take it out in a platter and add clarified butter.
- Place it on a hot griddle.
- Cover with a lid and put 4 heated pieces of coal on the lid.
- Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Delicious Dam Kebab is ready to serve.
- Serve with paratha and raita.
