A melody of love

When music brings different worlds together, it’s always a treat for the ears - and hearts. Music has a magical way of connecting people across the globe, and the latest release, ‘Baby Do You Know’ proves just that. Pakistani singer-songwriter, Sarmad Qadeer, joins forces with Romanian pop star, Iuliana Beregoi, for a playful and romantic track that mixes cultures, languages, and hearts. Sarmad’s journey started at 16, and he has become a well-known figure in Pakistan’s music industry since. Meanwhile, Iuliana Beregoi continues to rise, captivating audiences across Europe with her infectious tunes and charm.

Following the success of his recent hit, ‘Teri Galli’, Sarmad has returned with this exciting collaboration that’s already turning heads. Released under Giraffe Music, Pakistan’s premier music label, the latest song is an upbeat love melody that tells the story of two people from different worlds meeting by chance. The lyrics, written by Sarmad and Romanian lyricist Dumitru Dascalu, feature both Punjabi and English, bringing together two languages effortlessly.

The song’s production, led by Supernova Muzic, adds a modern touch while staying true to the roots of each artist. Sarmad’s smooth, soulful vocals pair beautifully with Iuliana’s catchy and energetic style, creating a track that keeps you hooked from the first note to the last. The lyrics explore themes of love and human connection, showing how music can be a bridge between people, no matter where they come from.

Speaking about the collaboration, Sarmad shared, “It’s been such a fun experience working with Iuliana. Her energy brought something fresh and exciting to the song. I can’t wait for people to hear it.”

Iuliana, too, expressed her joy, “This collaboration really showed me how powerful music can be. It doesn’t matter where you’re from; a good song can bring people together.”
