What sets this beauty apart is her individuality, and it shows in her every photoshoot and runway walk. This week Fiza shares her beauty secrets with our readers…

What’s your go-to makeup look?

I don’t prefer makeup when I’m not shooting, so just sunblock and lip oil - that’s it.

Any skin prep you swear by when stepping out into the sun?

I wash my face, apply ice, and then use sunblock.

Any skincare advice for the autumn/winter season?

Don’t follow anyone else’s skincare routine. Everyone has a different skin type, so let your dermatologist recommend what works best for you before trying anything.

What are your top picks for perfumes and lipsticks?

Flora by Gucci, Lamsat Hair Oud, and Cherry Blossom by Body Shop are my top perfume picks. For lip shades, I like MAC, Huda Beauty, Mars, Lancôme, and L’Oréal.

Finding the perfect foundation is no easy feat. What’s your preferred tone?

I prefer a foundation that matches my skin tone because I feel confident in my own skin.

After a long day, how do you cleanse your face?

First, I gently apply coconut oil, massage my face, then wash it with a face wash. I finish by rubbing ice on my face to give my skin a glow.

Hair damage is every girl’s nightmare. How do you tackle it?

As a model, I have to use different sprays and gels on my hair. So, I make sure to apply coconut oil for 20 minutes before washing it.

What is your go-to tip for maintaining healthy hair?

I recommend regular oiling sessions and using chemical-free shampoos.

Not everyone can afford high-end makeup. What’s your advice for them?

First of all, be confident in your own skin. You don’t need expensive products to enhance your beauty. Use organic products - they work wonders - and always choose quality over quantity.

What does your diet look like to keep that glow going?

I drink plenty of water to nourish my skin and make sure to add fruits to my diet. I completely cut out white sugar and prefer a balanced, nutrient-rich meal.

Is there a beauty product you simply can’t live without?

There’s no product as such I can’t live without, but sunblock and lip balm or lip oil are a must.

What essentials do you always carry in your beauty bag?

A lip balm, a tint, and mascara.

Is there anything that scares you when applying makeup?

Yes, I’m scared of overdoing my makeup. It should not look cakey.

How often do you pamper yourself with a facial at the salon?

I usually prefer rice face masks since they suit my skin and give me a glow, but I get a hydra facial every three months.

Who are the stylists that inspire you, both locally and internationally?

Without a doubt, my mentor, Sir Khawar Riaz!

What’s your daily beauty regimen?

Dipping my face in ice water, massaging with oil, and staying hydrated.

Where do you usually shop for your makeup?

Either Makeup City or Sephora.

What’s your take on whitening creams?

I’m strongly against whitening creams. Thankfully, we’re in an era where people are starting to feel confident in their own skin tones, breaking the stereotype that only fair skin is beautiful.

Finally, what does the word ‘beauty’ mean to you?

To me, beauty is being unique in your own way.
