Cumin powder 1 tsp
Black pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
Dried oregano 2 tsp
Paprika powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Yoghurt (thick) 3 tbs
Lemon juice 2 tbs
Cooking oil 3 tbs
Boneless chicken (thin fillet) 3 pieces (300g)
Yoghurt (hung) 1 cup
Cucumber (grated and squeezed) 1 medium
Black pepper (powder) ¼ tsp
Garlic (chopped) 2 cloves
Fresh coriander (chopped) 2 tbs
Pita bread
Salad leaves
Tomato (deseeded and cubes)
Onion (sliced)
* In a bowl, add cumin powder, black pepper crushed, dried oregano, paprika powder, coriander powder, pink salt, garlic paste, yoghurt, lemon juice, cooking oil and mix well.
* Add chicken fillets and mix well, cover and marinate for 15 minutes.
* In a frying pan, add cooking oil, marinated fillet and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
* Flip the fillets, cover and cook on low flame from both sides for 5-6 minutes then cut into pieces with the help of knife.
* In a bowl, add yoghurt, cucumber, lemon juice, black pepper powder, pink salt, garlic, fresh coriander and mix well. Tzatziki sauce is ready!
* On a pita bread, add and spread tzatziki sauce, salad leaves, tzatziki sauce, tomato, cucumber, onion, chicken pieces, fold and wrap in aluminium foil (makes 3).

Hot water ¼ cup
Instant coffee 1 tbs
Milk 250ml
Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
Condensed milk 1 and ½ tbs
Whipping cream 3 tbs
Mascarpone cheese 3 tbs
Icing sugar 2 tbs
Ice cubes
Cocoa powder
* In a jug, add hot water, instant coffee, mix well and set aside.
* In a jug, add milk, vanilla essence, condensed milk, whisk well and set aside.
* In a cup, add whipping cream, mascarpone cheese, icing sugar, whisk well and set aside.
* In a serving glass, add ice cubes, milk mixture, dissolved coffee and cream mixture.
* Sprinkle cocoa powder and serve!
