A simple meal shared with friends or colleagues can leave you feeling incredibly inspired, rejuvenated and connected. Keeping the connectivity factor in mind, LadiesFund, the renowned platform dedicated to empowering women, hosted a memorable Eid Milan event, bringing together a diverse array of guests for a joyous celebration.
The occasion was graced by the presence of over 100 guests including diplomats, celebrities, fashion designers, women entrepreneurs and journalists. A number of distinguished guests adorned their colourful Eid attires which created a vibrant atmosphere.
Spotted at the event were Dmitry A Petrov, Stanislav Toporov, Amin Gulgee, Shamaeel Ansari, Atiya Khan, Kulsoom Aftab, Majyd Aziz, Sana Pirzada, Aamir Butt, Faisal Lodhia, Dr Sadaf Khan, Muneeza Labuschagne, Haseeb Khan, Mehreen Illahi, Raheela Baqai, Kiran Zubair, Naveen Balkhi, Aamir Butt, Erum Noor Muzaffar, Sumeha Khalid and Zurain Imam, among others. There were no speeches or fanfare, but delicious traditional food as well as plenty of opportunities for mingling, networking and professional friendship building across a very diverse and dynamic group of people.
“Since 2007, LadiesFund has been instrumental in connecting women entrepreneurs and people from varied backgrounds. Today is officially an Eid Milan, but truly it is a gathering of happy people from different professions,” said Tara Uzra Dawood, President, LadiesFund.
“A wonderful joyous event,” exclaimed Amin Gulgee, a renowned sculptor. “The networking at LadiesFund events is truly amazing and with chapters opening up across the globe, this is one organisation I’m very proud to be a part of,” elucidated Shamaeel Ansari, an ace fashion designer.
“It is an ideal platform to interact with like-minded professional women; I've formed what seems like lifelong friendships from this trailblazing organisation,” commented Sana Pirzada, a lawyer by profession.
