Ingredients

Bok Choy       05

Mushrooms     80 gms

Onion, chopped        05 gms

Ginger, chopped       03 gms

Garlic, chopped        03 gms

Oyster sauce  10 ml

Light soya sauce      05 ml

Salt    02 gms

Sugar  03 gms

Corn starch mixed with water         05 ml

Oil      10 ml

Green onion    as required

method

  • Clean the Bok Choy, cut each piece into 1/4 size and slice the mushrooms.
  • Heat the wok, add oil in it, then add the chopped ginger, garlic and spring onion. Stir fry for a while.
  • Now add the Bok Choy and mushrooms; and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add the light soya sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, toss well.
  • Then add the liquid corn starch till the sauce thickens.
  • Arrange the Bok Choy into platter, place the mushrooms on topping. Serve hot.
  • Preparation time: 10 minutes         
  • Cooking time: 10 minutes
