Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
Onion (chopped) ½ cup
Garlic (chopped) ½ tbs
Mushrooms (chopped) ½ cup
Beef Mince 250g
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Tomato paste 1 ½ tbs
Cream (room temperature) ¾ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbs
Fresh parsley (chopped) 1 tbs
All-purpose flour 1 tbs
Water 1-2 tbs
Wonton wraps as required
* In a frying pan, add cooking oil, onion, garlic and sauté until translucent.
* Add mushrooms, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
* Add beef mince and mix well until it changes color.
* Add salt, black pepper powder, tomato paste and mix well, cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up. Let it cool.
* In a bowl, add cream, lemon juice and mix well, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. Sour cream is ready!
* Now add cooked mince, fresh parsley, mix well and set aside.
* In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, water and mix well. Flour slurry is ready!
* Take a wonton wrap, add prepared creamy beef filling in the center, apply flour slurry at all the edges, fold in triangular shape and seal all sides.
* In a wok, heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown.
* Serve with dipping sauce!
