BBQ Club Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

Yoghurt 4 tbs

Garlic paste ½ tbs

Paprika powder ½ tsp

Salt 1 tsp or to taste

Cumin seeds (roasted & crushed) ½ tbs

Red chilli (crushed) 1 tsp

Boneless chicken cubes 400g

Cooking oil 2-3 tbs

BBQ sauce ¼ cup

Black pepper (crushed) to taste

Egg 1

Bread slices large

Mayonnaise

Cucumber slices

Tomato slices

DIRECTIONS

* In a bowl, add yoghurt, garlic paste, paprika powder, and salt, cumin seeds, red chilli crushed and whisk well.

* Add chicken and mix well.

* In a frying pan, add cooking oil, chicken, mix well and cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.

* Add bbq sauce, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.

* Let it cool.

* On a frying pan, add cooking oil, egg and cook on low flame for a minute, flip and cook other side until done and set aside.

* On four bread slices, spread mayonnaise, add cucumber, tomato and cooked egg on other bread slice, sprinkle salt and black pepper crushed on egg.

* Spread prepared bbq chicken on third bread slice then flip fourth bread slice over it to make a sandwich and trim edge (makes 4).

* Cut into pieces and serve!
