Mayonnaise ¾ cup
Hot sauce 2 tbs
Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
Black pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
Red chilli (crushed) 1 tsp
Fresh coriander (chopped) 1 tbs
Red chilli powder 1 tbs or to taste
Salt ½ tbs or to taste
Garlic powder ½ tbs
Cumin powder ½ tbs
Onion powder ½ tbs
Paprika powder ½ tbs
Black pepper powder 1 ½ tsp
Chicken powder 1 tbs
Boneless chicken (tenders/strips) ½ kg
Lemon juice 3 tbs
All-purpose flour 1 ½ cup as required
Water 1 cup
Cooking oil for frying
* In a bowl, add mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic, black pepper (crushed), salt, red chilli (crushed), dried oregano, lemon juice, fresh coriander, whisk well and set aside.
* In a bowl, add red chilli powder, salt, garlic powder, cumin powder, onion powder, paprika powder, black pepper powder, chicken powder and mix well. Spice mix is ready!
* In a bowl, add chicken, half quantity of prepared spice mix, lemon juice, mix well, cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
* In all-purpose flour, add half quantity of remaining prepared spice mix and mix well.
* Now coat marinated chicken with dry flour mixture then dip in water and again coat with flour mixture.
* In a wok, heat cooking oil and fry chicken until golden brown and crispy.
* In a bowl, add fried chicken tenders, prepared spicy mayo sauce, coat well and serve!
