Directions
1. In a bowl, mash the bananas using a fork till smooth. If the banana is large, use one. If small, use two.
2. Squeeze fresh lime juice into a pitcher.
3. Add cold water and sugar to the lime juice, combine well.
4. Instead of sugar, you can also add honey.
5. Add pomegranate seeds, a few fresh mint leaves.
6. Add soaked basil seeds.
7. If you prefer ice cubes, add a few ice cubes.
8. Mix everything well.
Pour into 2 glasses.
9. Top the juice with a small lime wedge. Enjoy.

* 1 ripe banana
* 1 fresh lime
* 2 cups cold water
* 3 tbsp sugar or maple syrup
* 3 tbsp pomegranate seeds (optional)
* 2 tbsp soaked chia seeds or basil seeds (optional)
* 5 fresh mint leaves
* Lime wedges
* Ice cubes

* 2 cups vanilla ice cream
* 1/2 cup peanut butter
* 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary.
2. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
Tip: Freezing almond milk in the ice cube tray and use about 5 cubes and 1/2 cup almond milk instead of the cup of milk. It makes a delicious frosty treat that’s healthy, and filling too.
