* Born on 25th March 1982, in Milton, Massachusetts.
* Is a middle child. Has an older sister, Abigail, and younger sister, Stacey.
* Studied literature at Columbia University; joined the Varsity Show where she met Gabe Liedman who became her future comedy partner in the duo Gabe and Jenny.
* Had a short-lived stint on Saturday Night Live from 2009 to 2010.
* Has since appeared in the television series Parks and Recreation (2013 – 2015), House of Lies (2013 – 2015), Kroll Show (2013 – 2015), and the films Obvious Child (2014), Gifted (2017), and I Want You Back (2022).
* Has been married twice: to filmmaker Dean Fleischer-Camp (2012 – 2016; divorced) with whom she created the Marcel the Shell with Shoes On series, and art curator Ben Shattuck (2021 – present) with whom she has a daughter.
