Watermelon sorbet
Blend:
- 3 cups frozen deseeded watermelon
- 3/4 cup coconut cream
- Juice of 1 lime
Freeze for at least an hour. Serve.
Mango sorbet
Blend:
- 3 cups frozen mango
- 1 can coconut milk (alternatively, you can use regular or reduced fat coconut cream)
Freeze for at least an hour. Serve.
Creamy coconut
Blend:
- 4-6 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Freeze for at least an hour. Serve.
Very berry ice cream
Blend:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Freeze for at least an hour. Serve.
