Zeeshan revealed that her primary inspiration for writing the book was His Excellency Dr. Sultan Al Neyadi, the second Emirati astronaut, whose remarkable space journey left an indelible mark on her. As a teacher, she vividly recalled her students' excitement when the Emirati astronaut team visited their school. Their endless curiosity about the space expedition fueled her desire to create a story that could capture their enthusiasm.
Having lived as an expatriate in the UAE for over a decade, Zeeshan shared how the country has provided her with numerous opportunities and moments of pride, one of the most significant being Dr. Sultan’s historic spacewalk—the first by an Emirati. Witnessing this milestone inspired her to convey the awe and pride of such an achievement to young readers.
Zeeshan’s journey as a writer is deeply rooted in her association with Oxford University Press (OUP) Pakistan, under whose banner she has published six books, including the popular Talha and Aminah Tales series.
