Hey Ed,
In this week’s (6 December) issue, I read the cover story ‘Books 2024 – and that’s a wrap’ and I must say I am a bit disappointed. There were so many more books that needed a mention, but I guess you probably didn’t have enough space. I have a suggestion: with the book reviews you publish from time to time, include some bio about the authors as well. I also love ‘Comic Relief’ and wait for it every Friday. Ed, in a separate email, I have also sent my ‘greeting’ for the year’s last issue. Please include it.

Dear Ed,
Recently, I had the chance to go through a few of your latest issues, and I wanted to share some suggestions to make Us magazine even more engaging for readers.
Firstly, it would be wonderful to introduce a weekly column dedicated to winter treats. This section could feature quick, easy-to-make recipes for soups, salads, and other comfort foods that resonate with the youth during the colder months. These recipes could focus on using simple, affordable ingredients, making them accessible to students and young professionals alike.
Secondly, adding a section on unique and interesting pastimes could broaden the magazine's appeal. For example, you could include a feature on stargazing, offering tips on how to get started, information about constellations visible during different times of the year, and even resources for amateur astronomers. This could inspire readers to explore hobbies that are both educational and relaxing.
Lastly, incorporating more music-related content would undoubtedly attract music lovers. This could include interviews with up-and-coming artists, playlists curated for different moods or occasions, reviews of popular albums, or even articles exploring the impact of music on mental health and productivity. Such content would resonate deeply with young audiences who consider music an integral part of their lives.
I honestly feel that by diversifying your content in these ways, Us magazine could become even more dynamic and relevant to us, its readers. Also, improving paper quality would increase the magazine’s appeal.
Thank you for always keeping your audience in mind, and I look forward to seeing the magazine continue to evolve!
