POEMS FOREVER
By Percy Bysshe Shelley
The fountains mingle with the river
And the rivers with the ocean,
The winds of heaven mix for ever
With a sweet emotion;
Nothing in the world is single;
All things by a law divine
In one spirit meet and mingle.
Why not I with thine?—
See the mountains kiss high heaven
And the waves clasp one another;
No sister-flower would be forgiven
If it disdained its brother;
And the sunlight clasps the earth
And the moonbeams kiss the sea:
What is all this sweet work worth
If thou kiss not me?

If this is what Joy feels like,
Then Joy is happy indeed.
If spring is sunshine and flowers,
Let my heart take the lead.
Over my mind, heart is unwind!
Today, Sorrow is blind.
Let it grope around to find...
Us, we shall be far ahead; in kind.
If spring is sunshine and flowers...
May I smile? Do you mind?
Sparrows chirp and chairs soft.
Frolick green and joy blue.
Leaves dressed and dancing loft.
A “Laugh” smiled and flew!
By Nazish Sabir
If sorry could do or undo anything,
If only sorry could stop this all,
Then sorry for not being humane enough,
For not letting you live the way you wanted. Sorry for those moments you smiled but for a brief moment.
Sorry for the darkest nights you spent in horror.
Sorry for the attacks and traumas hovering your area,
No, not just there but on your lives, dreams and existence.
Sorry for being quiet amidst the hour of need and requirement.
Sorry that we are not of any help in the world of greed and desires.
Sorry, if only sorry could help,
For trusting cold hearts to protect your cause.
Sorry for what you have been through and still fighting to survive.

In the end I grasp what it all actually meant
Helpless I feel as they say we told you so
I just wish things really were different
I think it’s finally time for me to let you go
