* Dune: Part Two (starring Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Dave Bautista) – sci-fi epic, the second of a two-part adaptation of Frank Herbert’s 1965 novel; Paul Atreides (Chalamet) unites with the Fremen and seeks revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family.
* Spaceman (starring Adam Sandler, Paul Dano, Carey Mulligan, Kunal Nayyar) – sci-fi drama, based on Jaroslav Kalfa ’s 2017 novel Spaceman of Bohemia; with his earthly life falling apart, an astronaut (Sandler) on a mission on the edge of the solar system finds help from the voice of an ancient creature (Dano) lurking in the shadows of his ship.
* Megamind vs. the Doom Syndicate (with the voices of Keith Ferguson, Laura Post, Josh Brener) – superhero comedy, sequel to 2010’s Megamind; now Metro City’s defender, Megamind (Ferguson) assembles a new team to stop his former evil teammates.

This Is Me...Now: A Love Story

* Romantic drama musical; a woman (Lopez) goes through several relationships as she tries and fails in her attempt to find love.
* Is stylized around a fictional narrative loosely based on Jennifer Lopez’s marriage to Ben Affleck.
* Is a companion to JLo’s ninth album, This Is Me... Now, and one component of a three-part multimedia project that includes the album as well as a documentary, titled The Greatest Love Story Never Told, about the making of the album and this film.
* Was self-funded, alongside the other components, by JLo herself, with a budget of around $20 million.
* Has received mixed to positive reviews, with critics finding it bizarre but enjoyable.
