It’s mango season, and we simply can’t get enough of this scrumptious fruit! To satisfy your aam-obsession, here are a couple of easy recipes you can try to add a little more mango-flavoured delight to your summer.
Ingredients
* 2 to 3 ripe mangoes, cut into cubes
* I cup yogurt, either plain or vanilla
Method
* Add the mangoes and yogurt to a blender and process until smooth. (Alternately, you can just blend the mangoes, then transfer the puree to a bowl and fold in the yogurt.) You can also add a tablespoon or two of sugar, depending on your taste.
* Fill mixture in popsicle moulds.
* Place in the freezer for around 8 hours or until firm.
* Remove from mould and serve chilled.

Ingredients
* 1 pack of 200 ml dairy cream
* 2 to 3 medium-sized chaunsa or sindhri mangoes
* 2 tablespoons of sugar
* ¼ cup of milk
Method
* Empty the cream from the pack into a bowl, add sugar, and whisk well.
* Add milk and then whisk well again.
* Peel and cut mangoes into cubes, and add into the prepared cream.
* Mix well and refrigerated for 5 to 6 hours minimum.
* Serve cold and enjoy.
