Ingredients
* 150 grams boneless chicken
* 2 to 3 boiled eggs
* 1 cup or 250 grams plain mayonnaise
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon black pepper
* 1½ teaspoon white pepper
* 1 teaspoon soya sauce
* Slices of bread
Instructions
* Boil and shred the chicken.
* Add a pinch of salt, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of soya sauce to the shredded chicken.
* Chop the boiled eggs.
* In a bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 1½ teaspoon white pepper, and the shredded chicken and chopped eggs.
* Mix well. Taste for seasoning adjustment.
* Spread on slices of bread of your choice.
Note: You can also add lettuce and chopped coriander or parsley to the batter.
Ingredients
* ½ cup ice cubes
* ½ cup yogurt
* ¼ grated carrots
* 1 teaspoon honey
* ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
* 2 chopped dried apricots
* 1 fresh apricot (pitted and coarsely chopped)
* ½ cup chopped mangoes
Instructions
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
