Ingredients
* ½ cup peanut butter
* ½ cup yogurt
* 1 cup milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 2 tablespoons honey
* ½ cup chia seeds
Toppings
* 1 banana, sliced
* Roasted peanuts
* 4 tablespoons crunchy granola cluster
Instructions
* In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter and yogurt together until smooth.
* Add in the milk, vanilla, honey and chia seeds and mix until well combined.
* Pour the mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate, covered for fouur hours.
* Spoon the pudding into desired serving dish and top with sliced banana, roasted peanuts, and crunchy granola clusters.

* 1 ½ cup strawberries
* 1 small banana
* 1/2 cup milk of choice
Instructions
* Use frozen banana and frozen strawberries. Add all ingredients to your high speed blender or let the fruit defrost four a bit and blend with an immersion blender. Blend until there are no chunks of fruit left.
* Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
* Tip: You can add less milk to make the ice cream thicker, but this quantity is perfect for serving immediately.
