Ingredients
* 2 cups whipping cream
* 1.5 tbsp instant coffee
* 1 tbsp milk
* 1 can condensed milk
* cup chocolate chip bits
Instructions
* Warm the milk slightly, mix in the instant coffee granules, and set aside.
* Whip the cream till stiff peaks form.
* Fold in the condensed milk, coffee, and half the chocolate chip bits.
* Pour the ice cream mix into your container of choice, sprinkle more chocolate chip bits over top, and freeze for at least six hours.
Ingredients
* 1 ½ package chocolate wafers
* 3 cups whipping cream
* ½ cup sugar
* 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
* 1 ½ tbsp instant coffee granules
* Some nuts and broken chocolate pieces for topping
Instructions
* Measure out 3 cups of cream, take about 2 tbsp out, warm a little, and mix in a small bowl with the instant coffee.
* Put the coffee-cream mixture in the fridge to cool.
* Whip the remaining cream with the sugar until soft peaks form, then add the vanilla and coffee mixture.
* Beat until stiff peaks form.
* Get out your cake plate and put about half a cup of the cream on the bottom. Try to keep it away from the edge.
* Make a circle of 7 or 8 wafer cookies and then put a few in the middle; put broken ones in the centre.
* Repeat until your cream is used up. You will get 6 to 7 layers.
* Top with crunchy nuts and chocolate pieces.
