* Mafia Mamma (starring Toni Collette, Monica Bellucci, Sophia Nomvete, Rob Huebel) – action comedy; an American woman (Collette) travels to Italy for her grandfather’s funeral, only to find out that he was a mafia Don and wished for her to assume his role.
* The Pope’s Exorcist (starring Russell Crowe, Alex Essoe, Daniel Zovatto, Franco Nero) – horror, based on Father Gabriele Amorth‘s memoirs; a priest (Crowe) investigates a young boy’s possession and ends up uncovering a centuries-old conspiracy.

* Born on 14 April 1977 in Long Island, New York, U.S.
* Is an only child.
* Parents divorced when she was seven.
* Competed in figure skating as a kid and earned a brown belt in taekwondo.
* Started acting as a child, making her screen debut in the television film An Invasion of Privacy (1983).
* Gained recognition for appearing in the teen drama series Swans Crossing (1992) and the daytime soap opera All My Children (1993–1995), before earning global fame for her leading role in the supernatural drama Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997–2003).
* Has since appeared in films including I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997), Scream 2 (1997), Cruel Intentions (1999), Scooby-Doo (2002), Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed (2004), The Grudge (2004), and Southland Tales (2006), and the television series Ringer (2011 – 2012), The Crazy Ones (2013 – 2014), and Wolf Pack (2023 – present).
* Co-founded the baking kit company Foodstirs in 2015 and released her cookbook Stirring Up Fun with Food in 2017.
