* Born on 3rd February 1970 in Epsom, Surrey, England
* Has a younger sister.
* Was born with a rare bone growth disorder, spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia congenita, that results in dwarfism.
* Was cast as an Ewok in 1983’s Return of the Jedi at age 11 after his grandmother heard a radio ad calling for short actors. Went on to play several characters in the Star Wars franchise.
* Has also appeared in films including Willow (1988), the Leprechaun series (1993–2003), and the Harry Potter series (2001–2011) as well as the television sitcom Life’s Too Short (2012–2013).
* Has been married to Samantha Burroughs since 1991. They have a daughter and a son.
